Good Day, I write from South Africa, two days ago, on 25 January 2023 I contacted Old Mutual Insure in writing about a problem my sister had regarding a funeral policy at Old Mutual Insure. They responded promptly and by yesterday, 26 January 2023 the problem had been resolved to my sister's satisfaction 👋 I thank Old Mutual Insure for another prompt response and resolution of the problem just like they had responded promptly and paid out our claim when our 90 year-old mother died in October 2022.
