good customer service
<p>the company that my previous employer outsourced to deal with our withdrawal claims submitted my documents late to Old Mutual after a month of my resignation. I there for contacted Old Mutual and spoke to Lebo and explained my situation she promised to escalate my query, then today I spoke to this wonderful man by the name of Aomiel who checked on the system, and advised that lebo has escalated my matter then Aomiel went to enquire for me, so I would like to give 10 star rating for Lebo and Aomiel for good customer service they have provided me with. God bless you.</p>
