Good Afternoon,on the 19th of September 2025,I have visited an old mutual branch at Vryburg town ( North West province in SA) to apply for a personal loan, A financial adviser named Ndumiso together with his manager ( name and surname unknown) helped me, I provided them with both the required documents and was told that the personal loan is approved, I was even given the loan contract, Today they saying they still waiting for the head office to approve,My question is , How am i given a contract when the head office has not yet finalized the application,No 2,I have redeemed my points at old mutual and converted them into cash,was given the OM card to withdraw,since the said Date am unable to withdraw
