Going the extra mile

I had a problem with switching my stop orders to debit orders when I moved to a new job. I spoke to a gentleman named Marco Lekute. This young man went out of his way to get someone to assist me as he could not assist me himself. He even contacted me again to find out if I was sorted out. There is not a lot of people who would go that extra mile and I was very grateful.
