Giving me run around
Old Mutual has been giving me the run around about reinstating a policy I have with them, they have all the money paid, they can see it just won't reinstate my policy. It covers an old man and they clearly want him to die and tell me there was no cover. I've sent deposit slips, I've sent emails, I've been on the phone for hours and am just being sent around.
