given an unredeemable voucher as a birthday gift

on tuesday the 25th august i received a gift voucher from old mutual . it had a link whick requested me to click to redeem a takealot voucher ,but it kept on giving an error massage. i called a call centre ***and an agent told me the department that issues vouchers doesnt have a number to call,and gave me an email address [Email Removed]<br> i then sent an email ,but no response till now. i would lyk to redeem the voucher with immediate effect .
