Give me my money

I've been requesting withdrawal of my investment funds since the 24th of March till now no response, I requested to cancel the policy they still tempt to debt my account.. I'm always told of documents that I need to submit I always do, had to go to the branch and still no futher assistance.. Everything is on Hold. I want my money and nothing to do with Old Mutual anymore the service is very horrible and very inconvenient.. Lack of service from call Centre to the brunches very useless😠.. All those I've referred to you guys are being warned
