Ghost policy continues deducting.

Good Day, This is my second complaint to Old Mutual on a ghost policy on my name. Last year May 2024 i i cancelled the policy as i never gave anyone a consent to give me a policy from Old Mutual Nor make deductions.The necessary documents were furnished and e-mailed for cancelletion. A iRefund was made as well but with constant monitoring on my payslip, the insurer continued with the deductions as from June 2024 (9 month) To date an amount of R456.75 is deducted from my payslip.

Who is this individual that has my personal details, employed by Old Mutual and deems it legal to ***** my money and not be dealt with.

With all due respect, deal with this ***** May the insurer pay me back my money.
