General enquiry taking more than 3weeks

I requested the value on my Group Schemes Disa Retire policy on 15 June. On 23 June the wrong document was sent to the adviser assisting me and she again requested the value but no response has been received from Head Office. It's been 3 weeks. I still need to excercise my option then it's probably another 2months wait. I am not impressed with Group Schemes.
