Garcia Essau is really ***********

Old mutual is just pathetic I've been dealing with a so called servicing professional by the name of Garcia Essau.

I don't know how they can even refer to this individual as a servicing professional because i have to realest the dame thing over and over and there's seems to be no understanding ,i made it clear several times that i want the product to be canceled and my money to be paid out to me , she keeps referring to something else seems to me like she's refusing to assist with my request I'm not sure if its stupidity or if this person is *********** in her role but they definitely not adhering to the TCF law.
