Gandhi Square old mutual branch is ***********

I went to old mutual Gandhi Square like three times and they did not help me. Am not happy because of their incompetence. On the 23 I went there to ask for help as I have a loan with them so I wanted them to help me with payment holiday, I gave the consultant the letter from my employer stating that I will not be working till further notice. Then the consultant said they will get back to me. I waited till on the 28 I then went back to follow up , they said ohh well still no respond , then today I decided to go only to find out that they do have the response but they don’t even bother to inform me about my request. As if that was enough

Yesterday I received bad news from my employer that they will put me under Temporary Lay-off . I went to Old mutual today to let them know and to see how can we sort the whole thing out. I was told that I have to go where I app**** for my loan because they are unable to help me. Am so ****ed because I went there 3 times and I use my money the one that I dnt have.

I have been your customer for more than 5 years and I have never been so unhappy with old mutual like before.

Imagine covid 19 stress and they are adding more by being ***********.
