FWD: FW: Late MA Mbongo *** ID:*** Old Mutual Enquiry [Claims***1]
Afternoon On the 2nd December 2020, Mr Maiele Samuel Mpuru director of Kutullo consulting submitted all required document of the below mentioned claim to claims department and BSC. The funeral benefit was supposed to be pain within 48 hours but all in vain. I re-submitted documents on the 13th December 2020, still no response. He (Director) then wrote to the above mentioned department still no decency to respond to all the communication of 02/13 and 19th December 2020.

28 Dec 2020, 13:39 Attention: Mr Collen Aanhuizen [Claims***1] In regard with above mentioned claim, director Mr Madiele Samuel Mpuru [ FSP 2375 Intermediary code: 303354 gave me copy of customer portfolio which was printed by him on the 2nd December 2020.
It shows the following: Death claim value: R 52,211.77
Start date : 01/03/1999 Premium : R 236.96 monthly mm On the 23rd December R20,000.00 was deposited into my account and today is the 18th day only three day before 2021(New year). When is claim going to paid in full? Regards

Start date : 01/03/1999 Premium : R 236.96 monthly mm On the 23rd December R20,000.00 was deposited into my account and today is the 18th day only three day before 2021(New year). When is claim going to paid in full? Regards
