Furious client

Old mutual suncardia their service sucks, they don't respect their clients, they don't put their clients first. They chat on their phone while the client is sitting not yet assisted, they don't even acknowledge that you are there to be served instead they would chat with one client that they are fami**** with in a group and forget about you, while you went there on your lunch break and not get assistance. Their service is below zero and it's not the first time they refuse to assist me I am not happy with them at all.
