Furious and disappointed service from Old Mutual

Disappointing service costing my company. I made an application for a disinvestment on the 6th of September 2022. To date no payment received from Old Mutual. Waiting period was supposed to be 7 working days after application. I am fast approaching month end and have to pay my salaries and wages. No feedback at all from Old Mutual.
