Funeral without dignity
Good day people
I am burying my dearest mother today and I was responsible enough to take out funeral cover (unfortunately with Old Mutual). I could however not contribute to my mothers funeral due to the payout that hasn't happened yet. I submitted ny first claim on September 11th (ref CEA***), I submitted it again on September 12th (ref CEA***) and my adviser submitted it for the 3rd time on September 13th ( ref CES***). I provided my id, bank statement, my moms id, death certificate, BI forms so all the requirements were met but not from their part. This is not on.
