Funeral policy payout query

I have a funeral policy with them since 2014 and they offered another in 2018 in both of these policy I included my late sisters children which are my legal foster children on the 19/5/2022 ,my son passed away brutally and Old Mutual they are now telling me they do not payout money for foster children but this was never communicated when the cover was twice offered to me, Their service is poor, they ******** who takes people’s money and refused to payout at the time of need, I am swamped in debts because this company as they only payout one policy and the second one they telling these pathetic stories.
