Funeral Policy

Please do not even think about dealing with old mutual. They have the worst customer service. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks now with no luck. Today they answered on my complaint saying they are not paying out as my father passed away within the first 6 month waiting period, but i specifically asked then when i took out the policy is there waiting periods and stuff and they said no we are immediately covered.
