Funeral policy claim

I had a bad experience with Old Mutual, I have a policy with them. I lost my aunt January this year submitted a claim to them but still no payout was done and they are still deducting premium. They are requesting Toxological report, contacted the Detective and I was told it takes up to two years. Please assist I don't afford to pay for the premium anymore. The premium is R389 per month.
