Funeral policy and life investments

My name is Jacob Mokgatle I claimed from old mutual on the 25th January 2021 after loosing my beloved wife and old mutual requested that I should go and make a letter of authority and I did that I claimed again with the letter they requested they took another week's to respond after I submitted the documents after a month with nothing to say or calling I went to their satellite in Diepkloof square they asked me again to go and ask the court to stipulate that I have funeral policy and investments and also how much is the amounts I did that and the court did as they wanted I took that letter to Old mutual they kept quite today is the 16 /03/2021 they haven't paid even funeral cover worse the investments I'm so angry with old Mutual why should they make empty promises to their clients I didn't bury my wife but I have funeral policy with them my contact is ***
