funeral policy

I wanted old mutual to cancel my funeral policy and was told that my policy has already lapsed in Aug 2022 yet you guys still deduct two amounts from my bank account, There is a lady that promised to contact me because she said I have to get a refund but there is no feedback till date!!! I'm highly disappointed, please stop the debit orders and refund me
