Funeral policy

In 2014 my aunt opened a funeral policy for her husband who later in november 2014 passed away and Old mutual told her that she cannot cannot claim premium benefits because her late husband died before 6 months of qualifying for cash back premiums but off thing is that they deducted money November 25th and December 25th 2014 making total 7 deductions and she claimed for the benefits in 2014 November and this what they told her. She later moved to eastern cape. And didnt do anything more.

Then now because of the struggles she came back and to Reclaim for the benefits now they telling her that they cannot help her because she was divorced where as its only the husband that divorced her in 2012 and she didnt sign any divorce papers.... Yes the money may be little to the workers there but to her its very important its her money she paid there and she needs it she been struggling since then and really needs any kind of amount that can help put food on the table.... Please help...its been a long time......Old mutual has poor service.. They dont care about people kodwa they do care about their money... Thats why those other people went there with the coffin so it can stay there until they pay off... They dont care really..... Please help me and email me on *** for more info and for help....
