Funeral policy

Hi I am a soldier in the sandf..my mother passed away..I live in PTA north she in cape town..i walked to the branch as i currently have no vehicle..i submitted my claim on saturday 28 oct 17 with all required documents..death cert..copy of her id...notification of death..burial order..copy of my paysheet..copy of my bank statement..I walked there again on Monday.. They said that it is in process it will pay out on tuesday morning..this afternoon i walked there again after i phoned them..customer care who told me they received nothing..i phoned them again this evening..they informed me a email was sent and the lady working with it is on course..***..my mother's burial is on friday..i need to get to cape town arrange transport and a place to stay...i cannot take off work every time..i need the money by tomorrow...can you please help..I even had to take out a banking card from them so that the money can be paid in within 24 hrs..
