Funeral Policy

Hello I have been with old mutual since 2016.but my experience with them recently was not a pleasant one to say the least. I have been paying my premiums via EFT or Cash, then I decided to log on to thier(Old Mutual) App only to find out that my policy is no longer active then I visited the branch, I was told that the money I have been paying was in suspense account for 9 months because I was paying less than the premium which is not true, I started paying cash or EFT since 2019, why is it only 9 months that is suspense account, why didn't they communicate with me, but none of my questions were answered satisfactory. Mind you I was at the branch in March this year withdrawing the investment I had with them, No body told me about paying less than the premium . Now they telling me different things that don't make sense at all , I am so disappointed. I will never recommend those ****S even to my worst enemy 😡😡😡😠.
