Funeral policy
I have taken a policy with old mutual in 2012 unfortunately I lost work & I'm unable to pay my primium. I went to a bara square branch to cancell it unfortunately for 3 days their system is offline. I'm also dissapointed that all the monies I have paid I can't even get a cent back. Old mutual is getting rich with our money. Its a funeral policy & sadly its all gone to waste because old mutual WON'T refund me.
