Funeral policies upgrade and Iwyze car insurance claiming processes

Old Mutual services is the worst in terms of upgrading policies, I have funeral policies with the company at a certain tarrif each and was advised by service advisors that if I wish to upgrade in the future I may do so without hustles. But to my surprise recently I requested to upgrade but instead parallel policies were opened running concurrently to the initial ones. I find the practice very much appalling as it attracts more Admin fees and make a confusion to my policies. Their Iwyze vehicle was cherry on top when trying to claim for a windscreen chip repair, one couldn't log a claim from a branch and their call Centre number is forever unanswered. At the moment am weighing my options as to which company should one migrate to which can do better than this poor and and unprofessional service.
