Funeral polices I know nothing about

I've lodged a complain with OLD MUTUAL KWAGGA MALL in Mpumalanga with regards with consultants adding policies accessing my work persal without my knowledge and me not signing those policies. I would like to know how safe is my money since OLD MUTUAL consultants can do as they please with the persal system. They added people i don't even know as the beneficiaries. I would like this matter to be investigated thoroughly and I'm asking for my money back.

I've also made a claim to surrender my money from one of the correct policies that i legally took with Old Mutual in 2013 and i was told it was a R19000 claim but i received only R9000 something, so i would like to know the correct amount.
