Funeral cover paid within 4 hours of the claim

Thank you for paying the funeral cover within a few hours.

My father passed away 11 February. I submitted the claim on the website at 9.07am. I received a text acknowledging receipt.

I received a text at 10.53am stating the funds will be paid within 2 working days.

At noon I went to the branch to confirm all is in order. I found out I didn't have to submit the documents as a family member already claimed with the documents. Thanks for not asking me to submit the same documents as I'm in a different province from my family members.

At 1300pm I found the money in my account.
