Funeral cover canceled without my knowledge
How come that i make a funeral claim and the next thing my funeral policy is Inactive... What games are you guys playing with me.? At first it took a long time for me to get my money when i claimed.. Now this is happening.

06 Mar 2021, 07:16Yhooo I've never experienced such incompetence in life. Don't know whether if my problem is not important enough not to be attended to. I told u guys about this issue last weekend already still not resolved. Yhoooo what a pathetic service, I'm not happy at all.

I received a call from *** (mutual wealth) on the 1 March, the agent that called me promised to do some investigation and she will get back to me after three days. It's a pity I can't remember her name ????. Three days is long gone now, I mean what must I do now....???
