Funeral claim Ref CEB***

I have been patient enough with this company, i submitted a death claim in February untill now there is no feedback with regards to my payout, i wrote on Twitter and Facebook, all i hear is that the matter is being escalated to management im soo sick and tired of this game that they're playing now.
