Funeral claim not paid out after 4 months

What a horrible experience ,these people do not want to pay out for my late moms funeral claim ,all documents were submitted ,we still haven't received the money ,the claim was done in JULY till today the money has not been released, I'm so disappointed, they don't even bother calling us to follow up atleast ,everytime we go to the branch it's an empty promise ,I want every1 to know that Old mutual will remind you about your parents death everyday with no solution whatsoever
