Funeral claim not paid in 3 months

The very worst experience ever with Old Mutual!!

Funeral claim was sent first week August 2022 and even now it has not been paid, their keywest branch has the most *********** consultants ever, they don't prioritize clients queries, what a bad experience, I have even decided to cancel the policies with them.

NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
