funeral claim not paid

I submitted a claim on the 19March, till now theres no payment, and there are no missing docs to what i have submitted, tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since ive submitted the claim, they have the poor service ever.

I meant that i submitted the claim on the 11 March, the funeral was on the 19th March, so its 2 weeks with out the claim not being paid.
