Funeral claim not paid

Old mutual greenlight am hurt and disappointed at your service. When I joined 2008 I was told claim takes about 48 hours I submitted my claim at Burgersfort mall office on the 05 Jan 2021 fiir my mom's funeral even today after I had to make other plans for my mom's funeral. I still have my kids covered by this policy am worried that I will suffer like this. You don't respect and worse in my grieving time I have to worry about old mutual paying. No respect for clients at all shame on you
