Funeral claim from Old Mutual

Good morning my name is Angie Mabena, ID ***. I took out a green light policy with Old Mutual a while ago. The policy has a death benefit for m beneficiaries.

My daughter Nompumelelo Mabena passed away and was one of the beneficiaries. She took an overdose and sadly passed on.

We submitted documents a week ago, but unfortunately the claim has not been finalised.

The office requested a declaration by the police officer as claim says under investigation. by unfortunately the claim is still not paid.

Please assist in getting the claim finalised as we have creditors to pay.
