Funeral claim

I submitted a claim for my funeral policy on 3/11/2023. I've been to the branch in Phumulani Mall three times last week alone. On Monday 6/11/2023 I was told the claim had been paid out, to this day I have received NOTHING! On Friday 10/11/2023 I was told the money would be processed and SHOULD reflect today by 2pm, still, NOTHING.

I'm overwhelmed and exhausted by this. I've been sent from pillar to post by Old Mutual. I want my money by COB tomorrow
