Funeral Claim

I'm a payer of policy number ***, as I'm a benefiary on this policy I lodge a claim from old mutual on the 03/01/2023 the clim hasn't been processed ,only different reference numbers sent to me by email that I must submit,I did that with the help of my financial advisor .from the 03/01/2023 I still receive emails that are requesting me to send same documents they required.The first reference number,(1)CEb***9, (2)CEA *** all asking me to send the very same documents I sent on the 03/012023. To bury Akhona Mbalula I asked the Funeral undertaker to bury him I will pay when I receive the claim.
