Funeral claim

With all the negative publicity Old Mutual has been receiving over the past few years I nearly moved my Funeral policy to a different company coz what if they delay with paying a claim? They proved me wrong: 1) The claims process was easy and done on WhatsApp. 2) Claim submitted on Friday at 14:30. Payment received Tuesday morning at 08:45 (It took less than 2 working days)
