Funds subtracted twice from bank account.

I instructed Old Mutual to transfer X amount from my bank account to my annuity on 31st of July 2015. This was not done on the date instructed. Amount was only subtracted on 20 August 2015. Then the same amount was subtracted AGAIN on 31st of August 2015. <br> I contacted Old Mutual regarding and were informed I need to submit PROOF the amounts were subtracted twice. This is a matter of great concern to me as a customer of Old Mutual. They do not have a system in place which flags when double subtractions occur? This from a company claiming to be an international investment group with over 170 years of service? Well Old Mutual, you have served this customer with thousands lost in returned debit orders and no means of paying utility bills. I am currently abroad and thus dependent on internet payments of all bills in South Africa. Do you realise your mistake darkens my credit record? Old Mutual in my opinion should be responsible for all monies lost due to dishonoured debit order, and issue a letter to my creditors stating reason for my non payment of accounts were no fault of mine.
