Funds allocation
I made MANUAL payment to my old mutual investment in JANUARY 2024 till this day i have been requesting them to allocate the funds to my account with no luck.I contacted them and they keep transferring you to relevant department that does not exit .Email them countless time their senior Administrator Leslie Philander is not helping me all she can say thank you for email received, you request for feedback she note the query is referred to the relevant department i email them so many emails yet my funds have not been allocated till this day .

30 Apr 2024, 10:01Till today 2024/04/30 Old mutual is failing to allocate my payment that i made in January .There's back and forth of emails.I have to request feedback on the funds allocation that they failing to allocate and the agent assisting with the query Bilqees Carelse is not helping me at all she will be she is waiting for pricing department to allocate the funds next she will be funds are allocated when they not allocated what a terrible experience .Old mutual is **** and am shocked that they failing to allocate my money after sending them proof of payment or do a refund. for a big company like this it now its the 4th month and my query is not resolved and the person assign to my query is not even helping ,i feel like she is responding with no proof , no check nothing just for the sake of it AND TO GET RID OF ME .THIS IS PATHETIC I WANT MY MONEY
