Funds

I contacted old mutual today only to be told that my retirement fund which my previous employer submitted 30 October it has been saying they are verifying my information. Today I was told I need to wait 21 days before it is done. The gentleman I spoke to today requested my banking details and tax number and the second guy didn't even seem like he knows what he was talking about.
