Fund payout going on 9 weeks now

<p>I requested my provident payout 9 weeks ago. I have followed up 3 times already and every time I follow up they say they are waiting for section 14 to approve the claim. This is frustrating as I was told it will take another 2 weeks! Strangely enough I also invested with liberty and they paid me out last week already. It just shows who I will be investing with again!</p>
