Full of lies and false promises

Worst experience dealing with this company. Have been **** to multiple times, had to phone multiple times, else my claim would not be solved. Still not solved, still don't have answers, and it feels like an never ending story. Have asked to speak to management, taken my number, still nothing. When asked basic questions, no answer can be provided, but the same **** being repeated that is really of no use at this stage. Have sent emails now, hoping for some form of feedback, silence. Phoning departments is a mess along with a headache as either calls are not going through, phones being dropped or just being redirected to the wrong department. I have never been this frustrated with a company, and the moment you start losing your patience, and get irritated from all of the lies being told, then you are in the wrong. Will never willingly invest with them
