If there was an option I would even put that one start, I was just gonna leave it unrated because there’s just nothing to rate. I’ve been complaining about policies that are debited on my payslip. On February I opened a case, it was found that it’s *****ulent. I’ve been waiting since then to get my refunds. To my supposed that didn’t end then, this month there’s another life cover policy of R700. This is not fair, honestly. I feel like Old Mutual should refund people their money and be banned with immediate effect. Or should we start protesting to be taken seriously?🤷🏾♂️
