Frustration

Firstly you have to wait for 20 minutes for your call to be answered. Secondly the consultants are very despondent when you speak to them, they make you feel as if you are bothering them - which is highly frustrating. I really don't understand how their policies works - in regards to giving out information. Regardless, will never have another policy with Old Mutual.
