Frustration and Annoyance with Care4U Loyalty Program

Care4u. I have tried unsuccessfully to register for Care4u - it appears that I have registered previously, but do not have a username nor created a password, and there seems to be a continual system problem. I attempted to resolve this using the email addresses provided in their error reports, but to no avail - I kept receiving computer generated responses saying I needed a username and password. What looked like a great idea to start with has now become a source of frustration and annoyance. I would seriously suggest that you ensure your systems are working properly before you waste your customers’ time.
