Frustrating transaction query

Hello i've been with this fanancial institute for more than years everything was fine till recently I made an investment withdrawal but they giving me the run around n now my car installment is delayed as it was suppose to be paid yesterday I went to one of their branches at Rosslyn to get clarity of what is going on n they said my money will be paid within 24 hours as they with held it seeking my account clarification which I did but till now my money is not paid this transaction was declared successfull last week Thursday 26th but it's not yet available in my account
