Frustrating to complete forms 3x, confirm all requirements ok and then still getting sms's that documents outstanding.
Call centre does not answer. Had to put down phone after 10 minutes. Son has Investment policy. He can withdraw from it at any time. He is 16. Partially emancipated. He is able to make withdrawals on his own - as per law. But it seems all front end staff don't know how to deal with such requests. After getting 2 tickets numbers, filled in all the forms, supp**** all the info, requests gets rejected due to proof of guardianship. Attached Divorce order - to confirm guardianship. How many times to you have to re-submit or does it now come to a point where I have to cancel everything with Old Mutual? Maar ek is mos maar net 'n nommer by Old Mutual - wat moet aanhang op my koste om met 'n stem wat nie antwoord nie te probeer praat.
