Frustrating and disrespectful claims department ignores emails and doesn't resolve problem!!!!

Old Mutual claims department sent claims EFT to wrong account. This was their mistake as I provided all relevant and up to date information. For the last 4 weeks I have been emailing their claims department based in Cape Town and no way forward or response. The people I was referred to for further help keep ignoring my emails. I am frustrated and I do not know what to do next.
