FRUSTRATED WITH OLD MUTUAL'S SERVICE!!

I am absolutely frustrated with Old Mutual . I will NEVER NEVER advise anybody to take out any policies with these people. I feel like I have to run after them to pay out my Savings which matured last month. FIRSTLY, they had no audacity to give me a courtesy call to advise me that my savings was maturing and to find out what I would like to do with my money. How do you as such a big investment company not have such a simple process in place in your business. I had to reach out and find out what the process myself because I wanted my money paid out to me. So I went to a service branch in Cresta . gave all necessary information and gave my 3 months bank statements to them. the consultant gave me a confirmation letter saying that my money would be paid out within 15 working days. It is now 20 working days and up till now, nobody has called me to advise what the issue is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the call center 2 days ago, and again I have to deal with useless service because the lady said she would escalate the matter and get back to me and GUESS WHAT, I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE !!!!!!!! OLD MUTUAL, I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW THAT THAT IS MY MONEY YOU ARE PLAYING AROUND WITH, NOT YOURS!!!!!! PLS GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have saved my hard working money with you for 10 years and this is how you treat me..!!!!!!!! This is so disrespectful. I will never put my trust in you again!!!!! I honestly do not see why I have to beg for my money!!!
