Frustrated with old mutual schemes

I should be giving them zero rating because they really miserable when it come to service that requires them to pay money it's been more the 6 Weekes now when they said 21 days for my claim to appear on my account. The claim they got 30th of May till now I have nothing on my account where as previous they were deducting even I had already finished paying their loan now they keep postponing which means they don't have a time frame to deliver anytime they want with your money Old Mutual is bad for business hence some customers they even too the copse to their offices and to make things worse FNB won't even allow you to reverse anything related to old mutual and stop it m tired of this **** now its need to be exposed. And by tomorrow I am contacting my lawyers to deal with them.
